Our friend John Lynn at [Healthcare IT Today](https://www.healthcareittoday.com/) outlines a great paradox in this (not briefly titled) article, “[EHR Training Improves Physician Satisfaction & Physicians Don’t Want to Make Time for EHR Training](https://www.healthcareittoday.com/2019/11/26/ehr-training-improves-physician-satisfaction-physicians-dont-want-to-make-time-for-ehr-training/).”

He makes the same point we have for many years now: Healthcare interoperability is a meaningful technology challenge. Meaningful use of interoperability solutions – on the other hand – is far more a people problem than a 1s-and-0s issue.
