This event honors the teams behind the top Federal Health programs over the last year within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Defense Health Agency, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.   Dr. Keith Campbell, Director of Informatics Architecture at the Veterans Health Administration, will accept an Innovation Award for the second year in a row as the founder of [Solor](http://solor.io/), a project supported by [BookZurman](https://www.bookzurman.com/blog/from-innovation-to-influence-team-bz-promotes-solor)and [Deloitte](https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en.html).
